Spring 2023 Undergraduate Research Expo - Judges Registration

Thank you for your interest in judging for the EXPO. This semester, we will have an in-person and online component to our Expo. The UAB EXPO celebrates excellence in research, creative activity, and scholarship by showcasing the academic endeavors of undergraduate students. This provides a platform for practicing and strengthening presentation skills, sharing work, engaging with like-minded peers, exchanging research experiences and ideas as well as receiving feedback from both peers and faculty. In addition to this being a positive experience overall, it becomes an impressive addition to any resume when applying for fellowships and research placements. Thank you for making this event possible! Online Judging: Each judge will have a 5-day timespan to view the video presentations online via Canvas. We will add you to the page!  In-Person Judging: Oral Presentations will be judged on 4/19/23 between 8:00am-12:00pm in Sterne Library Poster Presentations will be judged on 4/20/23 in Bartow Arena---Keynote Speaker: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM---Poster Presentations: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
