Community of Hope Health Clinic (CHHC) is a Volunteers in Medicine organization which means that everyone is a volunteer with the exception of a few paid staff members. CHHC serves Shelby County residents that live at or below 200% below the federal poverty level and do not have access to private health insurance or government programs; such as: medicaid, medicare, or VA benefits. Clinic is offered Monday and Tuesdays from 8am to 12pm and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 8:30pm by appointment only.
